Obesity is associated with numerous health disorders, so get rid of it simply by cutting the amount of sugar you eat.

Children and adults from the United States must nearly halve their sugar intake to lower the risk of obesity, its complications and other chronic medical issues, such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.
